Rule 1
Smoking and Hard drinks are not allowed inside the Paying Guest Facility.
Rule 2
Friends are not allowed inside the Paying Guest Facility.
Rule 3
Notice period is of 30 days, so please inform Paying Guest Facility management at least 30 days in advance when you want to vacate the Paying Guest Facility.
Rule 4
Relatives are allowed to stay overnight in the Paying Guest Facility depending upon the availability and management's approval, but the stay will be chargeable.
Rule 5
In case of serious illness or infectious disease, the LICENSEE is requested to shift from the Paying Guest Facility to stay with the Local Guardians / Parents.
Rule 6
Paying Guest Facility management is not responsible for the LICENSEE in any sense or LICENSEE belongings in any sense, except for any concerns regarding the Paying Guest Facilities.
Rule 7
WIFI password sharing is not allowed with anyone.
Rule 8
One should keep all the valuables inside the wardrobe locked, management will not be responsible for any loss / theft.
Rule 9
Water and Electricity is available 24*7, please avoid wastage of natural resources.
Rule 10
The LICENSEE will be held responsible for any breakage / damage to the Paying Guest Facility. In all such cases, LICENSEE will have to pay the cost of such breakage / damage, in addition to expulsion from the Paying Guest Facility and action to be taken to involve the police if required.
Rule 11
Processing Fees: 500 INR, this is required for completing the documentation and police verification.
